CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 103(FIN) An Act repealing certain                        
state funds and accounts and boards, limitations, and programs                 
related to those funds and accounts; and providing for an effective            
date was read the second time.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
